Management
Director Control Panel, Instrument & Band Groups, Support Groups, Student & Parent Administrators.
iSchoolband may have been built on a social network, but that is just the tip of the iceburg. The platform was built with productivity in mind. The network features provide a rich environment for communication, but on the other side of the platform is a powerful management suite called.
The Administrator Control Panel. It provides you with a hub for managing your network. You can print student and parent sign up handouts, deactivate accounts, access an address book, create groups, and much much more.
Student & Parent Administrators can be selected from a list of your parents and students, and individual permissions for each administrator group can be set accordingly.
Each member of your band family will be provided an individual profile allowing each person to have a digital representative of themselves that is always alert and always ready to receive your updates and messages.
Groups also have profile pages. Group Profile Pages house all of the information on your network specific to each group. Our system automatically filters the data to the group profile pages so you don’t have to. The pages simply create themselves.
iSchoolBand has 3 group types: Bands, Support groups, and instrument groups.
Students select which Instrument & Band Groups they are in during sign up, our system does the rest, that way you don’t have to fill out the database. You can easily send messages and announcements by group, and upload media and documents specific to certain groups.
Support Groups provide added management features for your parents, boosters, student and parent boards, and so on... You can use the groups we have provided or you can create new ones.
We have made sure that the iSchoolband platform is powerful not just as a communication tool, but also as a management suite. We have made sure you don’t have to do much to get your network set up. As students and parent sign up, the network creates itself. Its painless...but don’t just trust me...try it out for yourself.
Love,
iSchoolBand
