Possibly the most amazing thing about iSchoolBand is our automatic organization features.  One of our advisors told us early on, “Make sure the band director doesn’t have to do anything...”  we took note.  The platform has been constructed to allow you to simply tag who items are for by band, instrument, or support group, and our system does the rest.

You can store all your audio, sheet music, and drill charts in the Music Library, and all your documents and forms in your document library.  Just tag who each item is for and let our system do the organizing.   

The items will display on associated group and user profile pages under either the media or document tab, and then filter into each users digital backpack.  

The backpack always appears on the right side of each page and only displays items that are relevant to each individual user. Therefore each backpack is unique in content, but identical when it comes to being organized and clutter free.  

Each media and document item dynamically displays in the browser and offers a deep toolset of options including full screen mode and book view among others.

Beneath the backpack you will always find the Member Directory.  It provides quick access to student, parent, and booster information.  Find a parents phone number, or quickly access a students profile. In addition, every few months the system will ask each users to verify their contact info, so that you always have the most up to date information.
 
With all the content generated by your network, sometimes it is easiest to just do a search.   Search results display media and document items, group profile pages, and student, parent, and director profiles.   

With all the tools iSchoolband offers, it is hard to say that just one is the most impressive, but it stands to reason that the automatic organization features take the prize.  They are guaranteed to save you hours of tedious work this year.  The backpack will ensure that you never have to reprint a document again, and the directory will provide you with the most up to date contact info for your whole band family.
